CONNECTION:
A perfect connection is the example Bonk gives in which he was able to virtually be in two places at one time.
A teacher could be home on bed rest for a medical issue and UStream their lessons for a class.

Project Based Learning:

“Project-based learning is a dynamic approach to teaching in which students explore real-world problems and challenges, simultaneously developing cross-curricular skills while working in small collaborative groups.”

CONNECTION:

When students decide what projects they want to tackle, and teachers guide them to resources, on the Internet and in books, it helps to create a learning experience that they have a huge part in and since they are involved in the decision making process they have more interest and the experience becomes more meaningful.

Graphic Organizers:       
DEFINITION:

CONNECTION: A great tool allowing children to "map" out a plan on a topic they are learning about. I have found that this is beneficial to students who may have some attention and focusing issues.
